Since 1995, our business has grown tremendously. Each year has seen record increases in both revenues and earnings. However, with this growth has come the need for additional experienced court reporters.

NO INDEPENDANT CONTRACTING
Litigation Support Services treats all court reporters as full-employees (either full or part-time), not independent contractors. Therefore, we take care of all the tax hassles. Also, all commissions are paid on a 90-Day guarantee basis.
NO CONTRACT WORK or STAND-BY STATUS
Litigation Support Services does not take contract court reporting jobs from national court reporting networks or major insurance companies. When you are a court reporter at Litigation Support Services you can be assured of working for standard page rates rather than pennies on the dollar that some of our competition pays. LSS also does not believe in stand-by status for reporters. Our reporters will never be required to sit around the office just in case a last-minute job calls in.
EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES PROVIDED / NO DEDUCTIONS
Litigation Support Services pays some of the highest commissions to reporters in the industry and, unlike many firms, we don't take it back by making you buy your own supplies and charging you for proofing, scoping, etc. Litigation Support Services provides both steno machines and software for reporters, along with all supplies including paper, toner, ribbon, etc.
401(k) PLAN / EMPLOYEE OWNERSHIP / EMPLOYEE BONUS PLAN
Litigation Support Services' goal is to make you profit from working for our company. LSS provides an employer sponsored 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions. LSS also provides the opportunity for reporters to purchase company stock and share in company profits. Finally, a portion of company income is reserved to provide for annual employee bonuses which are split proportionally based on performance.
EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENTS
Litigation Support Services provides an allowance for expenses incurred by our reporters, including parking and medical insurance supplement. Reporters are also reimbursed for supplies that they may need to occasionally need to purchase.
CONTINUING EDUCATION
Litigation Support Services believes that having qualified reporters provides the best service to our clients. Therefore, we provide annual reimbursement for continuing education for our reporters.
